Damietta University makes progress in ranking WURI For universities with a real impact

           Damietta University has achieved a new achievement in the international rankings file, where the World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) rankings for 2022 announced its results, and Damietta University was ranked (201-300) at the level of universities with real impact, which included only 4 Egyptian universities. The World University with Real Impact ranking is a new classification that assesses the real contributions of universities to societies, and highlights 6 basic areas: creative and innovative methods of research and university education, entrepreneurship, crisis management, social responsibility, openness, and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. One of the best areas in the WURI classification in which Damietta University was ranked is the field of crisis management, which ranked the university at level 51-100 at the level of the universities included in the classification, which number about 400 universities among the universities of the world. The university is moving forward in the international classifications file, where the university is keen to achieve excellence and leadership to improve its classification in the various classifications included in the university, and the university is working with its full potential to join the rest of the international classifications after fulfilling the requirements of these classifications. Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, extends his sincere congratulations to Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, and to the classification team at the university headed by Dr. Amany El-Diasty, who made a great effort to classify the university’s features and the work of its affiliates and to update the university’s data continuously with those classifications, as it had the greatest role in The university’s ranking has improved, and it also extends thanks to all university leaders, faculty members, and university employees.
