The university president welcomed the head of the Damietta Doctors Syndicate to discuss ways of joint cooperation

   Prof. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, welcomed Prof. Ahmed El-Beltagy, Head of the Damietta Doctors Syndicate and former Director of Damietta Specialized Hospital, to support ways of cooperation between the University and the Doctors Syndicate through training students of the Faculty of Medicine and Nursing in hospitals and private centers in Damietta Governorate, that which in the presence of Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taybani, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs and Supervisor of the College of Medicine, Prof. Bassem Salama Al-Deek, Vice President of the College of Medicine for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and Prof. Al-Mandouh Hussein Basila, Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the College of Medicine and Director of Outpatient Clinics. For his part, the President of the University stressed the importance of clinical training for students of medical and nursing colleges in various hospitals, which helps to employ the information that the student has acquired from theoretical subjects in real situations that increase his efficiency by applying the scientific methods studied on the ground and benefiting from them. The President of the Doctors Syndicate thanked and appreciated the President of the University, expressing his happiness at the University’s keenness to cooperate with the Syndicate and various medical bodies, stressing that he would make more efforts to achieve fruitful cooperation between the University and the Syndicate.
