University President Attends the Silver Jubilee Class of 2025 Graduation Ceremony at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Business Administration in Zarqa

On the evening of Monday, September 29, 2025, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of Damietta University, took part in the graduation ceremony of the Silver Jubilee Class of 2025 at the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Business Administration in Zarqa, Damietta. The celebration was held under the slogan “A Quarter Century of Leadership and Giving.”

The ceremony was attended by a distinguished gathering of academic and executive leaders, including Professor Dr. Wael Abd Al Wahab, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce at Damietta University; Professor Dr. Wael Abdel Qader Awad, Dean of the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence; Professor Dr. Yousra Ezz El-Regal, Dean of the Faculty of Archaeology; along with several members of the Senate and the House of Representatives, a number of university professors, and parents of the graduates who came to share the joy of this milestone.

The event featured a festive atmosphere and was hosted by media figures Marwa Abdel Moneim and Mohamad El-Desouky. It also included an inspiring keynote speech delivered by Dr. Tamer Nasr, Deputy Executive Director of the National Training Academy, in which he shared motivational messages with the graduates, urging them to uphold the values of diligence and perseverance, and to continue striving for a bright future worthy of their achievements.

In his speech, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally expressed his great joy at sharing this historic moment in the Institute’s journey with the graduating students. He praised the pioneering role played by the Higher Institute of Computer Science and Business Administration over the past twenty-five years in preparing qualified cadres for the labor market, affirming that this continuous contribution embodies the mission of education in serving society and supporting the path of development.
