The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector announces the opening of applications to the Competency Bank for Cultural Offices and Centers.

Within the framework of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, which aims, among its outcomes, to identify diverse competencies across various fields among university faculty members (Professor and Associate Professor)—including activities related to international, scientific, and cultural cooperation—and to benefit from these competencies in different areas, including temporary assignments related to cultural offices abroad when needed.

The list of faculty members registered in the Competency Bank serves as a non-binding reference list for the Ministry, should it wish to utilize any of its members for temporary assignments at various cultural offices and centers, in accordance with its discretionary authority.
