Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of the University, inaugurated today, Sunday, September 21, 2025, the training program "Internal Evaluators Qualification" at the university, as part of following up on the implementation stages of the Internal Government Excellence Award in its second edition for 2025.

In his speech, the University President emphasized that the importance of the award lies not only in achieving it, but also in its vital role in regulating and developing institutional performance across the university’s faculties, enhancing a spirit of positive competitiveness among them, and making use of improvement opportunities derived from the evaluation process to raise performance levels and improve the quality of services provided. He also extended his gratitude to the organizers of the training program and wished the participants to gain the maximum benefit from its activities.

The two-day training program includes an introduction to the pillars of excellence, the evaluation framework and mechanisms, the methodology of preparing evaluation reports, in addition to reviewing the different stages of the evaluation process leading up to the results presentation before the judging committee.

The program is delivered by Dr. Mohamed Mounir, a certified evaluator with the Egypt Government Excellence Award, who provided a detailed presentation on the pillars and criteria of government excellence, evaluation methodologies, and best practices in preparing evaluation reports and analyzing results.
