As part of the ongoing cooperation between the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) and the Centre for Science and Technology of the Non-Aligned and Other Developing Countries (NAM S&T Centre),
the Academy is pleased to announce the call for nominations to participate in the international workshop entitled:
“Clean Water and Sanitation in the Developing World: Perspectives, Best Practices and Future Challenges.”

The workshop is organized by the NAM S&T Centre, in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA), Mauritius.
The event aims to highlight the importance of ensuring the availability and sustainable management of clean water and sanitation services in developing countries, contributing to improved quality of life and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Participants interested in attending should submit completed nomination forms for approval by the Academy, as the official focal point of the NAM S&T Centre in Egypt, no later than 20 October 2025, via email at:
