University President Inaugurates the Art Exhibition for Talented Students at the Faculty of Specific Education.

As part of Damietta University’s commitment to nurturing student talents and enhancing their creative skills, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of the University, inaugurated today, Thursday, October 2, 2025, the Art Exhibition organized by the Faculty of Specific Education to showcase the creative works of talented students in various artistic fields.

The opening ceremony was attended by Professor Mohamed Abdo Amasha, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Samir El-Gammal, Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Professor Dr. Shereen Ghallab, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Specific Education for Education and Student Affairs, along with a number of faculty members and students.

At the beginning of his speech, the University President congratulated the students on the start of the new academic year, wishing them success, diligence, and continued academic and personal achievements.

During his tour of the exhibition, the President expressed his admiration for the artistic works displayed, which reflected the creativity and excellence of the students. He emphasized that such talents are a true asset to society and encouraged the students to continue developing their skills and to explore ways of marketing their artistic products in line with the needs of the labor market.

In conclusion, the University President stressed that Damietta University attaches great importance to student activities across cultural, artistic, scientific, and sports fields, considering them a cornerstone in shaping well-rounded student personalities. He affirmed that the University will spare no effort in supporting and nurturing its talented students and providing a suitable environment for unleashing their creative potential.
