Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of Damietta University, issued a decision appointing Mr. Mohamed Attia Awad Oransa to act as General Director of the Office of the University President.

Professor  Dr. Hemdan Rabie extended his sincere congratulations to Mr. Mohamed Oransa, wishing him continued success in his new responsibilities, and affirmed that this decision comes within the University’s keenness to strengthen the administrative system with qualified leaders capable of contributing to the development of the work environment and enhancing institutional performance.

For his part, Mr. Mohamed Oransa expressed his deep gratitude for the great trust placed in him by the University President, affirming his determination to exert his utmost efforts to improve the performance of the Office of the President, and to work in a spirit of teamwork to achieve the aspirations and mission of the University in serving students and the community.
