Required procedures for inviting a visiting professor:

When the faculty invites a visiting professor at the university’s expense, the following documents should be provided:

The approval of the department as well as the faculty councils to invite the visiting professor, pointing out the duration of the visit (its beginning and end date).

Filled and accredited foreigner attendance alert form in addition to two photocopies.

The visit programme including 60% of the visit duration at the university.

An economy return ticket
-
£200 reward per day is given including the expenses of accommodation and hospitality, for 15 days maximum
