The Ministry of Youth and Sports – Central Administration for Youth Development, General Department of Cultural and Artistic Programs – announces the opening of applications for the first cohort of the International Certificate for Artificial Intelligence License (ICAIL). This training and qualification program is designed to empower youth and enhance their understanding of the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and its practical applications across various fields.

The certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the training program and the approved examination. It serves as a trusted credential in the field of AI and is part of the Ministry’s broader efforts to develop Egyptian youth and prepare them to keep pace with modern technological advancements, especially in artificial intelligence.

The program is implemented in collaboration with AMG International Foundation and Ideal Paths for AI (Rasanah), aiming to shape the future of youth development.

5. Unsupervised Learning: Clustering & Dimensionality Reduction (K-Means, Hierarchical Clustering, PCA)
6. Basics of Neural Networks and Deep Learning (Perceptron, Backpropagation, Keras/TensorFlow)
7. Computer Vision: Convolutional Networks, Pooling, Transformation, and Transfer Learning
8. Natural Language Processing & Sequential Models (RNN, LSTM, TF-IDF, Intro to Transformers)
9. AI Applications in Business, Supply Chains, and Cybersecurity
10. Building and Running AI Models Using Modern Frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras)

Admission Requirements:

• Participants must pay a 500 EGP fee, equivalent to 10% of the program’s total cost, via the Ministry’s official website
• Full attendance and passing the final exam are mandatory
• Entrepreneurs and graduates from all disciplines are welcome
• No prior technical or scientific background is required, but participants must be fully committed to learning
• Minimum attendance: 80% of training hours
• Active engagement in practical sessions and the final project
• Ability to dedicate sufficient time to attend sessions (in-person or online)
• The program is conducted in Arabic, with technical terms used in English
• English fluency is not required, but a basic understanding is preferred
