The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology Announces a Call for Papers for the International Volume: "Artificial Intelligence and Society: Perspectives, Issues, and Prospects"

As part of the fruitful collaboration between the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and the Network of African Science Academies (NASAC), the Academy announces the opening of submissions for the upcoming scientific volume titled:
"Artificial Intelligence and Society: Intersecting Perspectives, Issues, and Prospects"
which will be published by the global publisher Springer as part of the Mathematics in Mind series.

This volume aims to explore the societal, ethical, cultural, economic, and political impacts of artificial intelligence through a collection of academic insights and practical applications. Contributions will include researchers, policymakers, and experts from various disciplines and regions, including distinctive perspectives from the African continent.

Important Dates:

• Deadline for submitting abstracts (150–300 words) and short CVs: October 30, 2025
• Notification of accepted participants: November 2025
• Deadline for submitting full papers (up to 50 pages): February 28, 2026
