The Central Administration of Scholarships announces undergraduate scholarships for students who have completed the General Secondary Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) or its equivalent, offered by the State of Hungary, to study a Bachelor's degree in any of the following fields and disciplines: Mathematics, Physics, Information Technology, Technological Education, as well as any other fields of interest, including Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy.

These scholarships are offered without any financial burden on the Egyptian Scholarships Administration.

Conditions for Applying:

• The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality.
• The applicant’s age must be not more than 22 years and not less than 18 years as of 1/9/2026.
• The applicant must have obtained the General Secondary Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) or its equivalent.
• The date of obtaining the secondary school certificate or its equivalent must not be more than two years earlier (2023/2024 – 2024/2025).
• The applicant must not have previously received a scholarship from Hungary.

Scholarship Benefits Provided by the Hungarian Side:

• Tuition-free study.
• Accommodation in university dormitories.
• Entitlement to basic health services.
• A monthly stipend according to the rules applied in Hungary.
• The scholarship does not include travel expenses (round trip).

Required Documents for Undergraduate Scholarships:

• A copy of the online application form available on the Hungarian website, fully completed.
• Original + copy of the General Secondary Certificate or its equivalent in English.
• A copy of the National ID card.
• A copy of a valid passport for at least three years (if available).
• The original language proficiency certificate (IELTS 5.5 or TOEFL 80).

• Applications outside the majors announced by the Hungarian side and allocated to Egypt, as well as incomplete applications, will not be accepted.
• Selection will be based on the highest grades in the secondary school certificate or its equivalent and the highest language certificate scores.
