An Outstanding Opportunity for Egyptian Faculty Members and Researchers

The Fulbright Commission in Egypt is pleased to announce the opening of applications for the Fulbright Egyptian Scholar Program – Research Grant for the academic year 2026–2027.

This program offers faculty members and researchers from Egyptian universities and research centers the opportunity to conduct advanced research in the United States for a period ranging from 3 to 9 months, across all academic disciplines.

_ Eligibility Criteria

_ Egyptian nationality and residence in Egypt throughout the application and selection process

_ Full-time employment as a faculty member or researcher at an Egyptian university or research center

_ Holding a Ph.D. degree

_ Proficiency in English

_ Full commitment to all application and evaluation stages

Eligible Fields

All academic disciplines are eligible. Please note that medical, veterinary, nursing, psychology, and dentistry fields are included but do not cover clinical studies.

October 15, 2025
