The Cultural Office in Baku, Azerbaijan, has announced scholarships offered by Khazar University in Azerbaijan for international students, as follows:

1. Fully funded scholarships provided by the Nailekhanim Foundation for talented female students wishing to pursue postgraduate studies (application deadline: June 30, 2026).

2. Merit-based scholarships available to all international students
   (application deadline: August 31, 2026).
