The Electronic Complaints System for Damietta University Students

  Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hamdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Abdu Amasha, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, the Sector of Education and Student Affairs at Damietta University has launched the Electronic Complaints System for University Students.

This system enables students to submit their complaints and track responses through a unique electronic complaint number that allows them to follow its progress. This initiative comes in line with the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, one of whose key objectives is moving towards digital transformation, and as a continuation of the smart service system that the university provides to its students to facilitate access to services.

We urge our students to make full use of the system to submit their complaints and receive responses.

Please note that the platform is available exclusively for Damietta University students, and it can be accessed through the Smart Services Portal for Damietta University Students on the university’s website via the following link:
