Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) in Surabaya, Indonesia, invites international students to apply for the 2025 Global Excellence Scholarship – a fully funded postgraduate scholarship for pursuing a Ph.D. degree in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, and related areas. The scholarship includes:

• Full tuition fee Exemption.
• Monthly living allowance of IDR 5,000,000
• Annual research funding of IDR 50,000,000 starting from the second year

Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicant must be under 35 years old by July 31, 2025
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 out of 4.00
• Valid English proficiency certificate (TOEFL ITP 530, TOEFL iBT 71, IELTS 6.0, or TOEIC 640) taken within the last two years
• A valid passport with expiry date not earlier than December 31, 2026
• Two academic recommendation letters from previous university
• Certified copies of Master’s degree certificate and transcripts in English
