Steps for dealing with The Electronic Transfer Platform For Students

       Under the patronage of His Excellency Prof./  Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally – President of the University,
and under the supervision of Prof. /Mohamed Abdo Amasha – Vice President of the University,
and in accordance with the directives of the University President to digitize all student-related procedures,
The Education and Student Affairs Sector is pleased to announce launching the Electronic Student Transfer Platform for transfers within and outside the university.

Transfers will begin on Sunday, August 3, 2025, and will continue until Thursday, September 4, 2025.

All student transfer procedures will be conducted entirely online.
Students must submit all required documents and make payments electronically.
Students will receive a notification message if their transfer request is approved by the university administration.

Accordingly, the Education and Student Affairs Sector urges all students to strictly follow the online application process through the platform.
Paper-based applications will not be accepted.
