Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, welcomed this afternoon, May 19, 2024, Professor Dr. Al-Helaly Al-Sherbini Al-Helaly, former Minister of Education and Professor of Fundamentals of Education and Educational Planning at the Faculty of Specific Education, Mansoura University, and a member of the discussion and judging committee for the doctoral dissertation submitted by researcher Iman Gamal Mohamad Al-Gabery to the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the College of Education. Titled “A Strategy to Achieve Competitive Advantage for Industrial Technical Secondary Schools in Damietta and Dakahlia Governorates in Light of Egypt’s Vision 2030.” This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Amany Awad, Dean of the College of Education, Professor Dr. Mohamad Hassan Gomaa, Vice Dean of the College of Education for Education and Student Affairs, Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Gohar, Professor of Educational Planning and former Dean of the College of Specific Education, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Abd Al Fattah Al-Zeky, Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the College of Education.
