The University President Congratulates an Omani International Student on Earning a Doctoral Degree from the Faculty of Education.

Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of Damietta University, received Dr. Abdullah bin Shamis bin Ahmed Al-Madhani, an international student from the Sultanate of Oman, following his attainment of a PhD degree from the Department of Foundations of Education at the Faculty of Education. His dissertation was titled:

“A Strategy for Activating the Role of Digital Leadership in Addressing Certain Manifestations of Administrative Dysfunction in Basic Education Schools in the Sultanate of Oman.”

Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally congratulated researcher Abdullah bin Shamis Al-Madhani on earning his doctoral degree, wishing him continued success and excellence in his academic and professional career.

The University President emphasized that Damietta University places great importance on international students and is committed to providing a supportive academic environment that helps them achieve academic and research excellence. He added that the university takes pride in the achievements and scientific accomplishments of its international students.

For his part, researcher Dr. Abdullah bin Shamis bin Ahmed Al-Madhani expressed his happiness at obtaining his PhD degree from Damietta University. He extended his gratitude and appreciation to the University President, the Faculty of Education, and the faculty members for the academic and scientific support provided throughout his studies.
