Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of Damietta University and Damietta National University, held an emergency session of the Board of Trustees of Damietta National University today, Thursday, July 17, 2025, in the presence of the Board members. The session is part of the ongoing efforts to support the university's institutional development and activate its operational plans. During the session, the Council discussed a number of priority organizational and administrative issues and unanimously approved the adoption of the university's financial and administrative regulations, which will help streamline the work system and ensure financial and administrative discipline in line with the regulations governing private universities. During the session, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie emphasized the importance of the university's current founding phase, noting the council's commitment for making well-considered decisions that ensure a steady progress toward fulfilling the university's mission of providing distinguished education and effective community service.
