Opening the Applications for Researcher Positions at ( JINR )

In the framework of the Arab Republic of Egypt’s membership in the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (JINR) in Dubna, Russia, the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) announces the opening of applications for several research positions in various scientific disciplines available at the institute.

This is part of efforts to support the participation of Egyptian researchers in international research projects and to enhance scientific cooperation in the fields of nuclear science and its advanced applications.

Application Requirements

Applicants must hold a master’s or PhD degree in a scientific discipline relevant to the institute’s activities.
Applicants must be affiliated with a university, research center, or institute.
A distinguished research record, including publications in peer-reviewed international journals.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Ability to work within a research team.
Full-time commitment throughout the contract period.
Completion of all required documents and approvals, and passing the personal interview.

Nature of Work

Implement the agreed-upon research plan during the contract period.
Contribute to the preparation and publication of scientific research in peer-reviewed international journals.
Participate in scientific and research activities and events organized by the institute.

Contract Duration

The contract is renewable for one year.

Application Procedure

Review the institute’s research plan (Topical Plans) and select a suitable research topic.
Contact the head of the selected research team in advance to obtain an official Acceptance Letter.
Complete the Application Form and attach the acceptance letter along with all required documents.
Incomplete applications or those without an official acceptance letter will not be considered.
