Today, May 12, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, welcomed the committee to discuss and judge the master’s thesis in the Department of Fundamentals of Education, College of Education, presented by researcher Basima Abdel-Razek Abdel-Razek Raslan, entitled “Requirements for Partnership between the Public and Private Sectors to Empower Kindergarten Children with Special Needs of Their Educational Rights in the Governorate of “Damietta” and the problem is presented by Professor Dr. Mohamad Ibrahim Atwa, full-time professor of foundations of education at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University, as discussant and chairman. Professor Dr. Sobhy Shaaban Sharaf, Professor of Fundamentals of Education at the Faculty of Education, Menoufia University, was a discussant and member, and Professor Dr. Wael Wafek Radwan, Professor of Fundamentals of Education at the Faculty of Education, Damietta University, was a supervisor and member, and in the presence of Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Gohar, a full-time professor in the Department of Fundamentals of Education, and Professor Dr. Mohamad Hassan Gomaa, Professor of Fundamentals of Education, and the Vice Dean of the College of Education for Education and Student Affairs, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Abd Al Fattah Al-Zeki, Professor of Fundamentals of Education.
