Under the auspices of His Excellency Prof. Mohamad Dadour, President of the University - the Postgraduate Studies and Research Council for December 2022 was held today in the meeting room of the Postgraduate Studies and Research Sector - chaired by Prof. Hemdan Rabea al-Metwally, Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Research and the membership of the Vice Deans of the University faculties for Postgraduate Studies and Research.

        Prof. Hemdan Rabea Al-Metwally, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies & Research, congratulated the members of the esteemed council, faculty members, and employees of the postgraduate studies sector at the university on the new year.

Directing the faculties to: -

• complete all the necessary preparations for the first semester exams for postgraduate studies for the current academic year 2022/23, especially regarding forming controls, and announcing exam schedules for students.
• Take the necessary procedures to approve the necessary amendments to the postgraduate studies regulations with the credit hours system currently in the university faculties.
• Take the necessary procedures to convert the regulations of postgraduate studies with the two-semester system currently in force in the colleges, into regulations for the credit hours system.
• Take the necessary procedures to start postgraduate studies in colleges whose human and financial resources allow for this.
• The topics on the agenda were discussed.
