Higher Education Ministry Publishes Infographic to Guide Students on How to Apply for University Transfers (Reducing Geographic Displacement) via the Electronic Coordination System – In Q&A Format
Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has directed the launch of an awareness campaign for Egyptian General Secondary (Thanaweya Amma) students, to guide them on how to apply for
Reducing Geographic Displacement (Transfers) through the
Electronic University Admissions System for public universities and institutes. The goal is to simplify the process for students and help them avoid any potential mistakes.
The General Administration of the Media Office and the Official Spokesperson of the Ministry has prepared
infographics to help Thanaweya Amma students understand the
step-by-step process of submitting a transfer request electronically through the coordination website:

??? The transfer phase (Reducing Geographic Displacement) will be open on the
electronic coordination website:
www.tansik.digital.gov.eg
for students nominated in Rounds 1 and 2, to submit their transfer requests for
equivalent and non-equivalent programs, within the allowed limit of 10%.
? This phase will begin Thursday, August 14, 2025, and will continue until
Monday, August 18, 2025.
