The Faculty of Specific Education at Damietta University organized a visit to Hospital 57357 for the treatment of children’s cancer, as part of the university’s commitment to promoting the values of community participation and volunteer work among its students, and to fostering a sense of belonging and social responsibility toward important humanitarian causes.

    Several students from the “For Egypt” student family participated in the visit, along with faculty members and administrative staff of the college, under the patronage of Prof. Hemdan Rabie, President of Damietta University.

The visit included several distinguished activities, during which the students toured the hospital to learn about its various departments and the medical and therapeutic services provided to sick children in accordance with the latest international standards.

The students also presented symbolic gifts and moral support to the children, bringing smiles to their faces through recreational activities and simple artistic performances specially prepared for this occasion.

For their part, the participating students expressed their great happiness with this unique humanitarian experience, which enabled them to share in the children’s suffering and provide psychological support, affirming their determination to repeat such initiatives in the future.
