Today, April 7, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, welcomed the two Damietta University teams that won the qualifiers for the Egyptian University Student Project Support Program (EGP entrepreneur graduation project), which was launched by the ISF Innovators and Brilliant Fund. It is worth noting that the PVT and Aero DU teams applying for graduation projects in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University’s College of Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Mahmoud Mahmoud Abd Al Hadi, Department of Mechanical Engineering at the College of Engineering, won among 25 winning teams in the qualifiers of 150 teams applying for the competition, and the members of the PVT team included both students Osama Ajwa, Mohammad Bayoumy, Mohab Al-Hindawy, Mohannad Salah, Rahaf Baher, Rawan Badr, Russell Islam. While the Aero DU team included students Mohamad Atta, Mohamed Sellal, Ammar Al-Saidy, Hossam Shuaib, Mohamad Al-Sayyad, Ahmed Tarek, and Mohamad Yasser.
