The University President inaugurates the "University Administration and Leadership" course at the Enrichment Programs Center. Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of the University, inaugurated the "University Administration and Leadership" course on Monday, May 5, 2025. The course is organized by the University's Center for Enrichment Programs and Specialized Administrative Training. The three-day course will run for three days. The opening ceremony was attended by Professor Dr. Ramadan Abd Al Hamid El-Tantawy, former president of the university, and Ms. Alia Abdel Moneim Saqr, administrative director of the Center for Enrichment Programs and Specialized Administrative Training. A number of deans and faculty members from the faculties of arts, physical education, and applied arts  also participated. In his opening remarks, the university president emphasized the importance of these courses in honing the leadership skills of university leaders and preparing faculty members for leadership positions. He emphasized the need to combine effective communication skills with strategic thinking, which will help achieve institutional goals and meet challenges with efficiency and flexibility. It is worth noting that the "University Administration and Leadership" course is one of the basic requirements for candidates applying for the position of dean in the university's various colleges.
