The President of Damietta University accompanied by a delegation of international and private schools on an inspection tour of university centers. As part of Damietta University’s keenness to enhance community communication and build bridges of cooperation with various educational institutions, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie El-Metwally, President of Damietta University, accompanied today, Tuesday, May 6, 2025, a delegation of directors and representatives of international and private schools in Damietta Governorate, including the Royal British Language Schools and Barakat Private Schools in Damietta, The Nile Egyptian International Schools, Smart Private Schools, Egyptian Japanese Schools, and the European Industrial Secondary Schools Group, on an inspection tour of a number of distinguished university centers, to learn about the services the university provides to its students. The tour included the University Center for Career Development and the Center for Student Services with Disabilities, where the delegation learned about the services and programs the university provides to support its students and prepare them for the job market, as well as the university's efforts to integrate and empower people with disabilities through an inclusive educational environment. During the tour, the university president emphasized the importance of cooperation between the university and pre-university education institutions, noting that these visits open new horizons for integration in developing the educational process and achieving communication between the various academic levels. This visit comes within the context of the university's vision to deepen educational partnerships and introduce school students to the development and qualification opportunities available on campus, contributing to broadening their academic and professional horizons and paving the way for a more aware and prepared university education stage for the demands of the future.
