Today, March 24, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, witnessed the religious and scientific symposium of His Eminence Professor Dr. Shawqi Ibrahim Allam, Grand Mufti of Egypt and Chairman of the Supreme Council of the General Secretariat for the Roles and Fatwa Bodies in the World, organized by New Mansoura University. This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Moawad Mohamed Al-Khouly, President of New Mansoura University, Professor Dr. Sherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, Professor Dr. Al-Saeed Abd Al Hadi, President of Horus University, and Professor Dr. Yahya Abd Al-Azim Al-Mashad, President of Delta University. The symposium activities included a religious lecture entitled “The Qur’an in Ramadan... Understanding, Meditation, and Action,” then a meeting with students of New Mansoura University. The symposium activities concluded with His Eminence the Mufti honoring the memorizers of the Holy Qur’an among the winners of the Holy Qur’an Competition, which is organized annually by New Mansoura University. .
