Open education tuition fees of the first semester at the Faculty of Arts that started in 14/2/2014:

• The administration decided that the fees are as follows:

1. When a husband and his wife, two siblings or a parent and one of her/his children join the programme, the second applicant pays only half of the tuition fees for academic courses without receiving the textbooks.

• The second applicant is exempted from half of the tuition fees for academic courses which is three hundred sixty Egyptian pound only (360£) on the condition that s/he does not receive any textbooks and pays the rest of the fees as shown in the above table.

2. When one of Damietta university employees joins the programme, s/he is exempted from half of the fees and pays examination fees for each course.

• Paying half of the tuition fees which is three hundred sixty Egyptian pound only (360£)

3. The handicapped are exempted from 25% of the sum total of the tuition fees of the semester.

• Exemption from 25% of the fees which is 180£ (i.e. one hundred eighty Egyptian pound). Note that a Damietta university handicapped employee must not benefit from this article (i.e. 3) and the preceding one (i.e. 2).
