In the context of examination of the educational process at the new campus , Professor Dr. El Sayed Mohamad Dadour  the president of the university visited students of the Faculty of Archeology to check the progress of work and study in the antiquities restoration laboratories, accompanied by Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie` Al-Metawaly, Vice President for Postgraduate Studies, Research and Acting Dean of the Faculty of Archeology on 23 / 12 / 2020. Where the study was organized in the laboratories of the restoration of monuments in various specialties. The President of the University praised the efforts of the students of the college with the various works they present, stressing their important role in preserving and restoring monuments as well as preserving heritage professions in a way that preserves our cultural identity and preserves our cultural heritage. During the tour, the President of the University met with the Vice Deans of the College and a number of faculty members and the antiquities engineers delegated from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities who were present in the laboratories  and praised for their efforts, which was reflected in the performance of the students in that honorable image.
