Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, welcomed this morning, Wednesday 3/8/2022 AD, Professor Dr. Mohamad Hussein Al-Mahrasawy, President of Al-Azhar University. The meeting dealt with ways to enhance cooperation in the medical field, as well as efforts to combat extremist ideology and terrorism, through the Al-Azhar Global Observatory at the headquarters of the Sheikha Al-Azhar. The President of the University expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Mohamad Al-Mahrasawy for his cooperation with the university during the last five years, wishing him continued health, success and payment, in conjunction with the approaching of Professor Dr. Mohamad Al-Mahrasawy to the legal age within days. The President of the University presented a commemorative shield to Professor Dr. Mohamad Al-Mahrasawy in appreciation and gratitude for his efforts in leading and advancing Al-Azhar University in recent years, as well as in appreciation of his cooperation with Damietta University. After that, Professor Dr. Mohamad Hussein Al-Mahrasawiy at the Faculty of Arts, went to discuss one of his master’s theses in the Arabic language as a member of the Discussion and Judgment Committee and as a professor of linguistics at the Faculty of Arabic Language in Cairo, Al-Azhar University.
