        Dr. Haitham Sahsah Gomaa, a teacher at the Department of Geology at the College of Science, has published a distinguished research as a principal researcher in Nature Scientific Reports, which is one of the most prestigious multidisciplinary science journals in the world and belongs to the Nature Portfolio Group, and has a significant impact on the university’s global ranking in various international classifications. Professor Dr. El-Sayed Mohamad Dadour, President of the University, made a phone call to Dr. Haitham Sahsah in the early hours of this Thursday morning, corresponding to 4/8/2022, and congratulated him and urged him to continue this outstanding scientific performance, which will be a great motivation for university scholars to publish in this distinguished journal, wishing him More success and payment in the coming period. The research topic revolves around determining when the collision of India with the continent of Asia began, as the research team was able to discover a more accurate geological clock, and this discovery will help in knowing the reasons behind climate changes.
