Today, February 15, 2024, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, witnessed the first experimental presentation of the Department of Geographic Systems at the College of Arts, entitled: “Teatro Geography,” which aims to transform academic curricula into documentary materials under the supervision of the department’s professors. This came in the presence of Professor Dr. Attia Al-Kolaly, Dean of the College, Professor Dr. Hamed Al-Far, Director of the Quality Assurance Unit at the College, and Dr. Mohamad Al-Tohamy, Teacher of Physical Geography at the College. The meeting began with playing the Republican Anthem, followed by a presentation of a series of video episodes recorded by a number of outstanding students in the department to present the educational content in documentary form, adopting the latest technological presentation methods. During his speech, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of the University, stressed the University’s constant keenness to support the innovative and creative ideas of its students, pointing to the University’s role in preparing a graduate capable of innovation and creativity and developing his ability to harvest knowledge to become a successful person in his professional life capable of creating the future.
