Professor Dr. Moawad Al-Khouly extended his heartfelt congratulations to the President of the University on the issuance of the decision of His Excellency the President of the Republic to appoint Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally as President of the University, wishing him continued success and success in his work duties at Damietta University.
