Today, Monday, September 25, 2023, Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of Damietta University, met in the University Council Hall with the deans of colleges and the supervisors of the second batch to honor the top graduates of Egyptian universities under the patronage of His Excellency President Abd Al Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic. The meeting was attended by Professor Dr. Wael Farouk Al-Taybani, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, and the Secretary-General of the University. The University President began the meeting by welcoming the attendees and expressed his pride in this group of attendees who were chosen to supervise the second group participating in the celebrations honoring the top graduates of Egyptian universities. The university president pointed out during his speech that this celebration is the first of its kind and is an affirmation of the Egyptian state’s keenness to honor its outstanding students and to encourage other students. His Excellency also confirmed that the university administration was keen to provide all the needs and capabilities in order for the university to appear in a manner befitting the university’s name. At the end of the meeting, the university president listened to some proposals from the deans and supervisors.
