The university president congratulates an incoming student on obtaining a doctorate degree

           Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwaly, President of the University, welcomed in his office today, January 4, 2024, researcher Abd Allah bin Hamad bin Abd Allah Al-Maamari, after he finished discussing his doctoral thesis submitted to the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the University’s College of Education, entitled: “A strategy for developing human resources management in the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman in light of Introduction to organizational flexibility accompanied by a number of expatriates at the university from the Sultanate of Oman, and in the presence of the researcher’s supervision and discussion committee composed of Professor Dr. Ali Saleh Gohar, Professor of Educational Planning at the College of Education and former Dean of the College of Specific Education, Professor Dr. Hafez Farag Ahmed, Professor and former Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the Girls’ College, Ain Shams University, and Professor Dr. Ahmed Al-Rifai Bahjat, full-time professor of foundations of education at the College of Education, Zagazig University, Professor Dr. Mohammad Hassan Gomaa, deputy of the College of Education for education and student affairs, and Professor Dr. Wael Wafik Radwan, professor of foundations of education at the College of Education and presence of Professor Dr. Ahmed Abd Al Fattah Al-Dhaki, Head of the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the College, Professor Dr. Mohamad Shehab, Vice Dean of the College of Commerce for Education and Student Affairs and Acting Secretary-General of the University, and Professor Dr. Samir El-Gammal, Vice Dean of the College of Law for Education and Student Affairs. The University President welcomed the guests, congratulating the researcher on obtaining a doctorate degree, and stressed his interest in following up on the conditions of foreign students at the university, the university’s continuous support for expatriates, its constant keenness to remove all obstacles, and his pride in the depth of the strong and close relations and ties that bring together the Egyptian and Omani peoples. His Excellency added that Damietta University always seeks to attract incoming students from various sisterly Arab countries, explaining the university’s future vision to motivate incoming students and provide the elements to attract them to be ambassadors for the university after they return to their homeland, as science and knowledge in the Arab world begins in Egypt. In conclusion, His Excellency presented the shield of loyalty to the soul of the Omani expatriate, Dr. Mohammad bin Abdullah bin Saeed Al-Sulaimani, a doctoral researcher in the Department of Fundamentals of Education at the University’s College of Education.
