Professor Dr. Hemdan Rabie Al-Metwally, President of Damietta University, cast his vote this morning, December 10, 2023, in the presidential elections at the headquarters of the Expatriates and Expatriates Committee at the Expatriates Club at Damietta University, stressing his sovereignty on the necessity of participating in all constitutional entitlements, as they are a constitutional right, a national duty, and a way to complete the path of democracy, construction, and development of the Egyptian state. It is worth noting that the university has allocated a headquarters for a special electoral committee for expatriates and expatriates in the expatriate club and university employees, in order to receive all students and expatriate citizens within the governorate to cast their votes in the presidential elections that began this morning and will continue over three days, 10, 11, and 12 December 2023, within the framework of The university is keen to provide the necessary equipment to facilitate the voting process for voters from outside Damietta Governorate.
