Hajj visas for this year 1445 AH 2024 AD have been allocated to ministries and agencies. Any faculty member or administrator at the university who wishes to fill out his or her information at the following link: http://forms.gle/XfrFm9gqsxbAiVPFA

Under the following conditions:

1- He has not previously performed the Hajj obligation, nor has he applied for Hajj this year with any other party or company.

2- The applicant’s age must not be less than 25 years for faculty members.

3- The applicant’s age must not be less than 25 years, up to the retirement age for administrators.

4 - For applicants who are husband and wife who work at the Ministry of Higher Education and its affiliated bodies, the candidate must fill out the information shown in the link above no later than Saturday, 12/16/2023, and you will be notified of the date of selection from the applicants through the lottery system.
